Mumbai, February 27, 2026: HDFC Bank Limited has allotted 9,06,722 equity shares to its employees pursuant to the exercise of stock options and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under its Employees Stock Options Scheme (ESOS).
The bank informed the stock exchanges that following this allotment, its paid-up share capital has increased from 15,38,94,45,358 equity shares of Re. 1 each to 15,39,03,52,080 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
The disclosure was made to BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 500180) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Scrip Symbol: HDFCBANK) in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
