ITI Limited: Smt S Jeyanthi Ceases as Director (HR) Additional Charge

New Delhi, February 27, 2026: ITI Limited has informed the stock exchanges that Smt S Jeyanthi, Director (Production) and Director (HR) – Additional Charge, will cease to hold the additional charge of Director (HR) with effect from February 28, 2026.

The cessation follows the Government of India’s decision to entrust the additional charge of Director (HR) to Shri Rajesh Rai, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of ITI Limited, as per the Ministry of Communications Order No. E-14-4/2021-PSA dated February 18, 2026. The order was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).

The company clarified that there is no other material information or event connected with the cessation requiring disclosure.

The intimation has been submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 to BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 523610) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Scrip Code: ITI).

ITI Limited is a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Communications.

About Smt S Jeyanthi:

Smt S Jeyanthi had initially joined the Board as Director HR (Addl Charge) on 28th February 2023 and later appointed as Director Production w.e.f. 19th May 2023.

Smt S Jeyanthi had started her career in ITI Bangalore Plant as Assistant Executive Engineer in 1989 and thereafter held various positions in Production area. Smt S Jeyanthi has rich experience of more than 3 decades of handling Production of Telecom and allied products. Smt S Jeyanthi was promoted as General Manager-Production of Palakkad Unit during 2021.

Smt S Jeyanthi has successfully upgraded Production facilities of Bangalore Plant and executed prestigious orders for Defence and ISRO.

Smt S Jeyanthi is a B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering Graduate from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi, Tamilnadu.
