The program took place on August 22-23, 2025, at the Hyatt Place in Bharuch. It aimed to improve the skills and well-being of its workforce.

Titled "Art of Thinking for Strategic Problem Solving," the program was led by expert Dr. Anjana Vinod. A total of 23 employees from PLL’s Dahej LNG Terminal participated in the workshop, which aimed to provide them with effective problem-solving techniques.
The training emphasized key areas such as empathy and addressing unconscious bias. These skills are vital for creating a more inclusive and collaborative workplace.
