IIM Jammu Concludes 16th Batch of Nurturing Future Leadership Program under Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Program

The Indian Institute of Management Jammu concluded the 16th batch of the Nurturing Future Leadership Program under the aegis of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme, an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The five-day intensive program culminated in a valedictory ceremony held at the Jagti Campus, marking the successful completion of training by 16 faculty participants from diverse institutions across the country.

New Delhi, Feb 20, 2026: The Indian Institute of Management Jammu concluded the 16th batch of the Nurturing Future Leadership Program under the aegis of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme, an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The five-day intensive program culminated in a valedictory ceremony held at the Jagti Campus, marking the successful completion of training by 16 faculty participants from diverse institutions across the country.

The valedictory ceremony was graced by Prof. Prashant Mishra, Chairperson, Executive Education and Consultancy, Program Directors, Dr. Shivani Sachdev and Dr. V. Raj Kumar. Faculty members and officials from the Executive Education and Consultancy team were also present on the occasion. Participants shared their reflections and expressed sincere appreciation for the overall conduct of the programme. They highlighted the excellent administrative support, comfortable stay, warm hospitality, and the enriching academic sessions. The lectures were described as highly insightful and theoretically strong, while participants also suggested that the inclusion of more practice-based and hands-on sessions would further strengthen the learning experience.They fondly recalled the vibrant cultural evening, the well-organized city tour, and the delightful local cuisine, which added memorable dimensions to their visit and fostered camaraderie among peers.
