Kolkata: Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), one of the leading warship builders in the country has announced its financial results for the second quarter & half year ended September 30th, 2024.

Highlights of GRSE Financial Performance Q2 FY25

•    Total Income for the Q2 FY25 stood at Rs. 1,228 Crore against Rs. 969 Crore in Q2 FY24 with growth of 27%

•    Revenue from Operation has increased to Rs. 1,153 Crore in Q2 FY25 from Rs. 898  Crore in Q2 FY24, registering a growth of 28 %

•    The Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization stand at Rs. 144   Crore in Q2 FY25, as against Rs. 120 Crore in Q2 FY24, with an increase of 20%

•    Profit Before Tax (PBT) is Rs. 131 Crore for Q2 FY25 as compared to Rs. 107 Crore in Q2 FY24, registering a growth of 22%

•    Profit After Tax (PAT) is Rs. 98 Crore in Q2 FY25 as against Rs. 81 Crore in Q2 FY24, registering a growth of 21%


GRSE H1FY25 Compared with H1FY24:

  • The Total Income stood at Rs. 2,311 Crore in H1FY25 as against Rs. 1,796 crore in H1FY24
  •  Revenues from operations for the six months ended September 30th, 2024 stood at Rs. 2,163 Crore as compared to Rs. 1,654 crore in H1FY24
  • The Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (Core EBITDA) stands Rs. 274 crore in H1FY25, as against Rs 237 Crore in H1FY24. The Company’s EBITDA margin stood at 16% 
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 246 Crore for H1FY25 as compared to Rs 209 Crore in H1FY24.The Company’s PBT margin stood at 18%
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) reported stood Rs. 185 Crore in H1FY25 as against Rs. 157 Crore in H1FY24.The Company’s PAT margin stood at 18%
