NALCO Q1 Results: Net Profit up by 43.9%, Declares Final Dividend for FY25

The final dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- per share, as per recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved in the ensuing 44th AGM, will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration.

New Delhi: State-owned National Aluminium Corporation Ltd (NALCO) has announced the quarterly results for April-June 2025. The Net Profit of the company for Q1FY26 is standing at Rs 1,049.48 crore, up by 43.9% to Rs 588.42 crore in Q1FY25. The Revenue from operations for the PSU is standing at Rs 3,806.24 crore, and the total income is at Rs 3,930.45 crore.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- per share (50% on face value of Rs. 5/- each) for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The final dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- per share, as per recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved in the ensuing 44th AGM, will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

The above final dividend is in addition to the 1st interim dividend of Rs. 4/- per share and 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 4/- per share (Total of Rs. 8/- i.e. 160% on face value of Rs. 5/- each) already paid during the financial year 2024-25.

Shares of NALCO are closed at Rs 188.61, down by 0.011% at BSE. The stock has currently corrected by 3.49% in last five trading session.
