Q3 FY26 Results Today: Hyundai Motor India, Tata Chemicals and PSU Earnings in Focus After Budget 2026

New Delhi, February 2, 2026: India’s Q3 FY26 earnings season gained momentum on Monday as more than 680 listed companies are set to announce their December quarter results, just days after the Union Budget 2026. Market participants are closely tracking Hyundai Motor India’s first earnings post-IPO, along with quarterly results from Tata Chemicals and major PSU companies.

 

Tata Chemicals Q3 Results FY26

Tata Chemicals reported a weak financial performance in Q3 FY26, posting a net loss of ₹53 crore, compared to a profit of ₹158 crore in the same quarter last year. The company attributed the decline to lower global soda ash prices and one-time costs in its UK operations, which weighed on margins.

 

Bajaj Housing Finance, Sun Pharma, Delhivery Earnings

  • Bajaj Housing Finance reported 18% growth in profit to ₹643 crore, while assets under management (AUM) rose 23% YoY to over ₹1.33 lakh crore, reflecting strong loan demand.

  • Sun Pharmaceutical Industries posted a 16% YoY rise in net profit to ₹3,369 crore, supported by new product launches and stable domestic formulations growth.

  • Delhivery Ltd continued its turnaround story, reporting a net profit of ₹39.6 crore, compared to ₹25 crore in the year-ago quarter, signalling improving operational efficiency.

PSU Earnings and Dividend Announcements

Public sector undertakings (PSUs) delivered robust Q3 FY26 results, boosting investor sentiment:

  • BPCL reported an 89% jump in net profit to ₹7,188.4 crore and announced a second interim dividend of ₹10 per share.

  • NTPC posted a net profit of ₹5,488.67 crore and declared an interim dividend of ₹2.75 per share.

  • Power Grid Corporation of India reported a 6.8% increase in net profit to ₹4,160.17 crore.

  • Bank of Baroda recorded a 4.5% rise in net profit to ₹5,055 crore, with gross NPAs improving to 2.04%, indicating better asset quality.
