RCFL Q1FY26: Net Profit rises significantly by 404% YoY, Revenue declines sharply
Government-backed Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd has announced the quarterly financial results with a 404% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit at Rs 54.4 crore for the first quarter as compared to Rs 10.8 crore in Q1FY25.

New Delhi, August 13, 2025: Government-backed Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd has announced the quarterly financial results with a 404% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit at Rs 54.4 crore for the first quarter as compared to Rs 10.8 crore in Q1FY25.
Despite this significant surge in the Profit After Tax, the Revenue from Operations has been plunged over by 23.2% to Rs 3,370.5 crore from Rs 4,396 crore on a YoY basis.
The company’s EBITDA surged 36.4% to Rs 157.9 crore in this quarter against Rs 115.8 crore a year ago. The EBITDA margin expanded more than 200 bps to 4.7% as compared to 2.6% in the corresponding period of previous year.

Further, the Board has approved for the issuance of secured or unsecured, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in one or more series or tranches. The total size of the issue will be up to Rs 1,100 crore that will be raised over the next 12 months through private placement.
The issuance is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
Shares of RCFL are trading higher by 0.36% at Rs 146.11 at BSE.
