State-owned Shipping Corporation of India Ltd (SCI) has announced the exchanges that it will hold a board meeting on 06.02.2026 to declare the financial results of the third quarter and interim dividend for FY26. The Board will consider the following-

1-Consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31.12.2025, and

2-Consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any

With this announcement, the shares of SCI are trading higher by 2.9% at Rs 229.10. The financial performance in respect of September quarter was not so impressive with revenue standing at Rs 1.34K crore, down by -7.71% and net income standing at Rs 189.16 crore, down by -35.09% with net profit margin down by -29.67%.

Further, it is informed that the the trading window has already been closed from 01.01.2026 and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2025.

Further, in the event that the Board of Directors declare the Interim Dividend, the trading window closure period will be extended and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the record date for payment of the Interim Dividend.

The interim dividend, if declared, by the Board in the meeting dated 06.02.2026, the same will be paid within 30 days from date of declaration electronically through various online transfer mode to those Shareholders holding shares in dematerialised mode and who have updated bank account details. For Shareholders holding shares in dematerialised mode who have not updated their bank details, the dividend shall be held in abeyance by the RTA. Accordingly, Members are requested to update their bank account details at the earliest.
