CMD NCL Shri P K Sinha honored PSE Excellence Award

NEW DELHI. Shri P.K.Sinha, CMD NCL has been conferred with the esteemed Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) PSE Excellence Award. The award has been conferred on Shri Sinha for his outstanding contribution in nation building as a leader of a Public Sector Enterprise (PSE) of Coal Sector. The award was conferred on Shri Sinha in PSE Excellence Award held in the sidelines of 9th India Public Sector Agenda@2020 in New Delhi yesterday. Shri Sinha received the award from Shri Ajay Dua, Former, Commerce and Industry Secretary, Government of India. 

 

Shri Sinha has diverse experience of 36 years in mining and assumed the charge of CMD NCL in December 2017. Under his leadership, the company entered the coveted 100 million tonne coal group in FY 2018-19 and became the third largest coal producer of the country. Considering the rise in coal production and productivity coupled with incessant efforts in promoting social concerns, Shri Sinha is writing a new definition of NCL's contributions towards nation building.
