New Delhi: The National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), a joint sector company of the Government of India and participating state governments, has issued a vacancy notice inviting applications for one post of JGM/DGM (Finance) on a deputation basis. The position will be based in Surat for a tenure of five years, subject to exemption from the rule of immediate absorption beyond 31 December 2028.

The selected officer may be posted to any field unit or project office based on administrative requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:

For JGM/Finance:
-
Group ‘A’ officers in Level 10/11 of the Accounts Department with minimum 3 years of service (excluding probation)

Adequate experience in construction accounts, books, budget, and finance

For DGM/Finance:
-
Group ‘B’ officers with minimum 6–16 years of service in Sr. Scale/Level 10/11 of Accounts Department

Proven experience in construction accounts, books, budget, and finance

Declaration: Applicants must submit a declaration not to seek return from NHSRCL for at least 5 years.

Forwarding Instructions: All zonal railways/production units must forward applications along with Vigilance/DAR clearance and APARs for the last 5 years to the Ministry at least 7 days prior to the closing date.
