PESB Recommends Arvind Kumar for Director (Finance) Role at National Fertilizers Limited

New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Shri Arvind Kumar, currently serving as General Manager at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, for the post of Director (Finance) at National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Schedule A public sector enterprise.
The selection was made during PESB Meeting No. 113/2025, held at 11:00 AM on 6 December 2025 (Saturday). Several senior finance professionals from major public sector companies were interviewed for the role.

After evaluating all candidates, the PESB recommended Shri Arvind Kumar as the selected candidate for the position. The final appointment will take place after clearance from the relevant authorities as per the standard procedure.
