SSC South Region Extends Deadline for Consultant Applications to 15 December

The Department of Personnel and Training has released a circular announcing an extension of the last date for applications for consultant positions in the Staff Selection Commission (South Region), Chennai. The deadline has been extended to 15 December 2025.

The engagement is open to retired officers of the Central Secretariat Service at the Assistant Section Officer level, who will be appointed on a contractual basis. Applicants have been advised to contact the concerned department directly for further clarification.

The corrigendum from SSC (South Region) was circulated through the DoPT website for wider reach among eligible retired officers.
