New Delhi: NBCC signed an MoU with the Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India on July 17, 2023, for managing assets of ED under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.

The MoU was inked by Shri Mohit Redhu, Deputy Director, Chennai Zone-1, Directorate of Enforcement and Shri P.S.Rao, CGM (Engg.) NBCC along with other officials of both organisations.
