WCL Director (HR) Inaugurates female managed HR Unit and two crèches

New Delhi: Dr Hemant Sharad Pande, Director (HR), WCL, inaugurated a Female-Oriented HR Department at Ekona Mine, Majri Area — a unique initiative managed exclusively by women employees.

He also inaugurated two crèches — one at Majri Area Office and another at Ekona Sub Area, promoting childcare and work-life balance.

During his visit, he inspected Ekona Mine, interacted with departmental and contractual employees, and felicitated outstanding performers for their commendable work .

The event was graced by Shri G. Sitaraman, GM (CSR/Welfare), WCL HQ and Shri Avinash Prasad, Area General Manager, Majri Area. HODs, executives, staff, Area JCC and Welfare Committee members of Majri Area were also prominently present .
