MTNL to Hold Board Meeting on November 14th to Approve Q2/H1 Financial Results

New Delhi, October 13, 2025: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), the state-owned telecom service provider, has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Friday, November 14, 2025, to consider and approve its financial results for the second quarter and first half of the current fiscal year.

The company, a Government of India Enterprise, officially informed the stock exchanges (BSE and NSE) of the upcoming meeting today. The primary agenda item for the Board will be the approval of the Unaudited Reviewed Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2025.

Following standard regulatory practice, the trading window for dealing in MTNL securities for Designated Persons is likely to remain closed until 48 hours after the results are made public. This closure is to prevent insider trading based on unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI).

The November 14th board meeting will provide clarity on MTNL's operational performance and financial health in the first half of the fiscal year, with investors keenly awaiting the Q2 figures.
