Kolkata: Northern Coalfields Limited signs MoU with Coal India Limited (Holding company of NCL). Chairman CIL Shri Pramod Agrawal and CMD NCL Shri P K Sinha Signed the MoU in CIL Headquarters, Kolkata.
In-Line with DPE guidelines, Coal India being the Maharatna Company of GOI, and NCL being the Subsidiary Company signs this MoU on various parameters including Financial Performance, Coal Production, Capital Budget, Capacity Utilization, Procurement through GeM portal, Installation of Solar plant, etc.
