NLC India Limited Signs MoU with NPTI for Power Plant Engineering Post-Diploma Course

New Delhi:  NLC India Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Power Training Institute (NPTI) to implement a one-year job-oriented Post Diploma Course in Power Plant Engineering.

The MoU signing ceremony was held in the presence of Shri Samir Swarup, Director (Human Resource), NLC India Limited, along with senior officials from both NLCIL and NPTI.

The program aims to benefit Project Affected Persons and deserving unemployed youth of Cuddalore district, Tamil Nadu, providing them with industry-relevant skills and improving employment opportunities in the power sector.

This initiative reflects NLCIL’s commitment to inclusive growth, youth empowerment, and national skill development, supporting the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. By bridging the gap between education and industry requirements, the collaboration strengthens employability and builds a skilled workforce for India’s energy sector.
