He joined SECI in Sept 2015 from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) and has been appointed to the Board of Directors of SECI as Director (Solar) on 28.03.2022 where he continues to drive innovation and growth in Renewable Energy initiatives including Green Hydrogen Economy. Having dedicated around 36 years to the power sector, his journey has spanned various roles, including leadership positions where he has engaged in commercial and contractual, project management, engineering, and operational matters. His focused and systematic approach has enabled navigating the complexities of Acts, Rules, Regulations, Policy, Codes, Guidelines, and Agreements while fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as Statutory Bodies, Ministries, Discoms, Investors & Developers. This collaborative approach has been pivotal in channeling an investment of approx. INR 2.70 Lac crores in India's Renewable Energy sector in last 5-6 years.
