HAL Dividend 2025: Board to hold meeting next week
HAL with its good track record of dividends, back in 2024, paid two dividends, Rs 13 and Rs 22 per share. In 2023, the payouts stand at Rs 20 and Rs 15 per share.
New Delhi: The board of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited on June 19, 2025 stated that the company will be going to consider its final dividend soon, for which HAL will hold a board meeting on June 27, 2025. This final dividend consideration is followed by the interim dividend of Rs 25 per share, which is already declared in February 2025.

The company in exchange filing mentioned, "We wish to further inform that pursuant to the Insider Trading Policy of the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, with immediate effect till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2025."
