Appointment of Dilip Kumar as CVO at Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) – ACC Order 2026
New Delhi: The Government of India, through the Secretariat of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions and the Department of Personnel & Training, has issued an order dated 13 April 2026 regarding a key vigilance appointment in the steel sector.
Appointment
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Dilip Kumar (IRSME: 2002) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), Delhi, under the Ministry of Steel.
He will hold the post at Pay Level 14 (₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200) of the pay matrix for an initial tenure of three years, effective from the date he assumes charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The memorandum has been issued by Sakshi Mittal, Director, from Kartavya Bhavan-03, New Delhi, and communicated to the Sandeep Pondrik, Secretary, Ministry of Steel, Udyog Bhawan.
