BHEL announces change in Management Personnel

State-owned BHEL has announced that Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi has been promoted to the post of Director (Finance) and also been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Board.

The appointment has been made through the Appoinment Committee of the cabinet under the realm of Ministry of Heavy Industries. The approval has been verified by the Board of Directors of the company.

This is informed that the Company has received a communication dated 19.06.2024, from the Ministry of Heavy Industries, informing that the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Shri Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi, General Manager, BHEL, to the post of Director (Finance), BHEL w.e.f. the date of his assumption of charge of the post till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.01.2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, the company said in an exchange filing.

Further, Shri Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi has also been designated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Shri Koppu Sadashiv Murthy, CMD-BHEL, w.e.f. the date of his assumption of charge, it added.
