Dr. Rakesh Nandan Sahay takes charge as Director (Personnel) of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL)

New Delhi: Dr. Rakesh Nandan Sahay has taken charge as Director (Personnel) at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL), a corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. With a strong 29 years of experience in the field of Human Resources along with strategic HR visions, organizational development, industrial relations, and management across the power, mining, renewable energy, and research sectors.

His strong expertise also majorly includes organizational leaderships, employee integration, management development. Before joining the RINL, Dr. Sahay has served in Senior Human Resources and leadership roles in NTPC along with the joint venture with IOC, Coal India Ltd, and other State Governments organizations. Further, he has handled HR management for large greenfield and brownfield projects. He was also associated with major projects transitions and takes over the thermal, hydro, gas and mining sectors.
