IRCTC assigns Manoj Kumar Sharma additional charge as Director (Catering Services) from 1st August 2025, ensuring leadership continuity post-retirement of Shri Ravikumar.
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) has announced an important leadership change as part of its plan for continuity. The Ministry of Railways has decided to give Shri Manoj Kumar Sharma, IRTS, the extra responsibility of Director (Catering Services) at IRCTC, starting from 1st August 2025. He is currently serving as Officer on Special Duty in the Catering Services division and will take over after the retirement of Shri Lokiah Ravikumar on 31st July 2025.
This appointment, communicated through an official notice dated 22nd July 2025, is awaiting final approval from the Competent Authority. Shri Sharma’s term will last until a permanent appointment is made or until further instructions are given.
This change will help maintain strong leadership in IRCTC’s catering division, which is an essential part of the company’s public service and tourism activities.
