PESB Recommends Anil Kumar Chawla as Next Director (Personnel) of ECIL

New Delhi: The PESB Board today has recommended the name of Shri Anil Kumar Chawla for the post of Director (Personnel), Electronics Corporation of India Limited (Schedule A) A Public Sector Undertaking (PSU). The decision was made during the PESB meeting held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Shri Chawla is currently serving as the General Manager (HR), ER1HQ, NTPC Limited.

The candidates who appeared before the board were:

Kannen V.A.S., General Manager HR, Head Office, New Delhi, Engineers India Limited

The recommendation of Shri Chawla's name will now be forwarded for approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), which is the final step for his formal appointment.
