Shri S. Sivasankar appointed as New Executive Director on Board of NIACL
The Department of Financial Services under the Ministry of Finance has approved the proposal of the Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB) to appoint Shri S. Sivasankar as new Executive Director in New India Assurance Company Ltd (NIACL) till the age of superannuation i.e. 31.07.2028 or until further orders.
New Delhi: The Department of Financial Services under the Ministry of Finance has approved the proposal of the Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB) to appoint Shri S. Sivasankar as new Executive Director in New India Assurance Company Ltd (NIACL) till the age of superannuation i.e. 31.07.2028 or until further orders.
He is currently serving as General Manager in National Insurance Company Ltd (NICL). The recommendation was made by FSIB while interfacing with three candidates on December 03, 2025.
The position was vacant after the retirement of Ms. Smita Srivastava retires on December 31, 2025.
