Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy delivers the 22nd NALCO Foundation Day Lecture
As part of the 45th Foundation Day, National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) organised the 22nd Edition of the NALCO Foundation Day Lecture series.
Bhubaneswar, 07th January 2025: Noted scholar, spiritual thinker and author Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy has delivered the 22nd Edition of NALCO Foundation Day Lecture on ‘Ethical Corporate Management’, here today.
As part of the 45th Foundation Day, National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) organised the 22nd Edition of the NALCO Foundation Day Lecture series.
In his address, Dr. Satpathy shared his thoughts and wisdom emphasizing on complete eradication of unethical practices from professional and as well as from personal life. He stressed that integrity, accountability, and transparency are the cornerstones of sustainable company practices, which are based on ethical corporate management. “It entails making choices that support moral values making sure that all activities are in line with social, legal, and environmental obligations”, he said.

At the outset, Shri Ramesh Chandra Joshi Director (Finance), NALCO, delivered the welcome address and introduced the topic. While on behalf of NALCO collective, Dr Tapas Kumar Pattanayak, Director (HR) proposed the formal vote of thanks.
A classical cum devotional Basuri recital was also performed on the occasion by the disciples of Padma Vidhushan Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. Apart from employees, the event also witnessed participation of senior officials from various industries, government officials, and representatives of academic institutions. Shri Asutosh Rath, ED (H&A) coordinated the programme.
