Coal India organises workshop on new technologies in mining machinery

New Delhi: Coal India organised a seminar on “New Technologies in Mining Machinery” at its corporate office in Kolkata. Shri P.M. Prasad, Chairman, Coal India, inaugurated the workshop.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Prasad said that “coal will remain the primary fuel source in India for the foreseeable future, however, it is imperative that all measures should be taken to increase productivity with utmost care of maintaining environmental sustainability.”
