Debashish Acharya will be the new Director Personnel of SECL

New Delhi: Public Enterprises Selection Board has recommended the name of Shri Debashish Acharya for the post of Director (Personnel) of SECL. For this interview was conducted today, in which 6 officers from the coal industry appeared while 1 officer from Indian Railway Personnel Service was invited for an interview.

Shri Acharya is working in Coal India's subsidiary Eastern Coalfields Limited as Chief Manager (Personnel) at ECL Headquarters Santoria.

Shri Devashish Acharya started his career in Haripur Mines under the Kenda Area of ??Eastern Coalfield. He has vast experience of Personnel Department in various projects of ECL and is considered to be well versed in Industrial Relations.

Shri Acharya earned his B.Sc degree in the year 1986 and also holds the educational qualification of CAW, DSW (IRPM), MA (Environment). He has a special role in the operation of the vision portal related to the provisions and facilities of NCWA in ECL.

The officers and employees are happy with the selection of Shri Acharya as the Director (Personnel) of SECL.
