Rear Admiral Jaswinder Singh will hold additional charge as Director BCT at Shipping Corporation of India from July 1, 2025, for three months or until further orders.

Rear Admiral Jaswinder Singh to lead SCI's BC&T division for 3 months
As per the approval of Competent Authority, the government has conveyed that Rear Admiral Jaswinder Singh, Director (L&PS), Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) will also hold the additional charge to the post of Director (BC&T) in SCI for a period of 3 months w.e.f 01.07.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Rear Admiral Jaswinder Singh has been at the helm of Liner and Passenger Services business of the Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) since 2023. He has also been appointed as a Director on the board of SCI Bharat IFSC Ltd, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of SCI, and Sethusamudram Corporation Ltd.

Rear Admiral Jaswinder Singh is a Post Graduate in Business Administration, and also an alumnus of Naval Post Graduate School at California USA and Defence Services Staff College at Wellington. He has been awarded the prestigious Nau Sena Medal for his distinguished service in Indian Navy.
