International Day June 2024 of Yoga celebrated at KIOCL Limited Bangalore

Bangalore : On June 21, 2024, KIOCL Limited celebrated the International Day of Yoga under the theme "Yoga for Self and Society," by hosting a yoga session conducted by Energy Yoga Centre.

The session was attended by esteemed dignitaries including Shri B K Mahapatra, Director (Commercial) & Director (Finance)-Addl Charge, Shri SVR Chandra Sekhar, Chief Vigilance Officer, and Shri C Munikrishna, CGM (HR & A), along with other senior officials, staff members and retired officials of the company from Kudremukh Colony.

The yoga session included a blend of asanas and pranayama along with detailed explanations aimed at promoting holistic well-being among participants.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri B K Mahapatra emphasized that yoga is more than just physical exercise; it is the union of the body, mind, and spirit to promote inner peace and mental clarity. He encouraged everyone to make yoga a part of their daily routine, highlighting how even a few minutes of deep breathing or regular practice can greatly improve well-being and productivity.
