NEW DELHI- NTSC (Rajkot) has signed an MOU with Government Engineering College, (Rajkot) on the occasion of the Demo Day – “PRAYAS” on 31st March, 2023 to achieve academic and industry-Institute interaction objectives. The program was inaugurated by Shri Arun Mahesh Babu, IAS , Collector and DM, Rajkot in the presence of Shri U. K.Kohli, GM, NTSC, Rajkot, and Shri Prof. (Dr.) K.G. Maradia, Principle, GEC, Rajkot.
The Demo Day - "PRAYAS" was organized by GEC, Rajkot, to showcase the innovative projects developed by its students. The event provided a platform for students to present their ideas, innovations, and prototypes to a wide audience, including industry experts, academics, and government officials. The event aimed to promote entrepreneurship and innovation among the students and encourage them to develop solutions that can address real-world challenges.

He emphasized the need for greater collaboration between industry and academia to foster innovation and develop solutions that can address the pressing challenges faced by society.
The MOU between NTSC (Rajkot) and GEC, Rajkot, aims to achieve this objective by promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing between the two institutions. As part of the MOU, NTSC (Rajkot) will provide training, mentorship, and other forms of support to GEC, Rajkot students, while GEC, Rajkot will provide NTSC (Rajkot) students with access to its state-of-the-art labs, research facilities, and other resources.
