Oriental Foundry secures manufacture and supply order of Wagons for Indian Railways

In a significant development, the Oriental Foundry Pvt. Ltd. has secured a substantial contract valued at approximately INR 432 crores from Indian Railways.
This project involves the manufacturing and supply of 1,200 BVCM-C Wagons, marking a notable achievement for the company and a vital step in enhancing Indian Railways’ capabilities.
The Oriental Foundry Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd., established under the Make in India initiative to enhance railway infrastructure capacity, has recently secured a major contract from Indian Railways.
