PDIL 43rd AGM: Declared dividend at 45.55% of paid-up capital for year 20-21
PDIL declared Dividend@ 45.55% of paid-up capital i.e. Rs 7.88 cr for the year 2020-21.
New Delhi: Project and Development India Limited-PDIL's 43rd Annual General Meeting was held Today at Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi. PDIL is a Government of India Undertaking under the Department of Fertilizer (DoF).
The meeting was held under the chairpersonship of Ms. Aparna S Sharma, Joint Secretary, DoF & CMD, PDIL in presence of Director(Fin), PDIL, Sh Ujjwal Kumar, Govt Nominee Director & Other Senior officials from DoF & PDIL. PDIL declared Dividend@ 45.55% of paid-up capital i.e. Rs 7.88 cr for the year 2020-21.
PDIL's pivotal role is in the growth of the Indian fertilizer industry and has over six decades of experience and expertise in providing design, engineering, and related project execution services from concept to commissioning of various Projects.
PDIL contributed in building almost 95% of the fertilizer/ammonia urea units to come up in India - Over two-thirds of the installed capacity of nitrogenous fertilizers in India is produced in plants, engineered and constructed by PDIL. In addition, PDIL has experience in allied chemical industries with associated off-site and utility facilities, oil and gas sector viz. product pipelines, LPG terminals, oil terminals, LPG bottling plants, LPG mounded storage, methanol plants, hydrogen plants, and various acid plants.
