Petroleum Minister reviewed ONGC performance; Discussed Future Strategy
The company plans to steeply enhance the acreage under E&P from the current 1.27 lakh sqm to 5 lakh sqm by 2025.

New Delhi: India’s Union Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs and Petroleum & Natural Gas Shri Hardeep Singh Puri visited the office of ONGC Limited, India's Integrated Energy Maharatna Yesterday, December 30, 2021.
The Union Minister reviewed their performance and discussed the strategy for the future. The company plans to steeply enhance the acreage under E&P from the current 1.27 lakh sqm to 5 lakh sqm by 2025.
He also focuses on green hydrogen and other sources of enhancing domestic petroleum and natural gas production in the country which will contribute in reducing the fuel import bill.
