RVNL gets letter of acceptance from Eastern Railway
State-owned Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Eastern Railway for an infrastructure project involving earthwork, bridge construction, and railway track laying. The contract is for a value of Rs 837.67 crore. The project spans from IR Ch. 205.000 km to 260.2 km between Kalipahari (inclusive) and Pradhankhuta (exclusive) and is part of the construction of a multi-tracking railway BG line, RVNL said in an announcement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

RVNL's share in the joint venture reflects its major role in the execution of the project. The project is led through its joint venture with SCPL, holding a 74% share, while SCPL holds 26%.
