SBI to change debit cards maintenance normal from 1 April, 2024
State Bank of India (SBI), the largest lender in the country, has announced its decision to tweak its annual maintenance charges for the debit cards as of April 1, 2024.
State Bank of India (SBI), the largest lender in the country, has announced its decision to tweak its annual maintenance charges for debit cards as of April 1, 2024. According to the official website of SBI, it will impose an additional annual maintenance fee on its customers holding debit cards, as reported on the sbi.co.in.
As per the information available on the SBI website, the existing annual maintenance charges for Classic, Silver, Global, and Contactless debit cards will be revised to Rs. 200 plus GST, and the charges for Yuva, Gold, and Combo Debit cards will be raised to Rs. 250 plus GST. The annual maintenance fee for the Platinum Debit Card will be increased to Rs. 325 plus GST from April 1, 2024.
