Police seized 200 liters of diesel filled in jars from their Bolero vehicle number UP 64 AK 4198. Action is being taken against both the accused under crime number 489/25 section 34 EC Act and 287 BNS.

Singrauli: Two days ago, on Tuesday, Morwa police arrested two people involved in diesel theft along with the vehicle and took action. The police, in compliance with the instructions of Superintendent of Police Manish Khatri to curb illegal trade, have arrested two people for stealing 200 liters of diesel from the Northern Coalfieds Limited mine

Under the guidance of Morwa Sub-Divisional Officer Gaurav Pandey, Morwa Inspector Umesh Pratap Singh, acting on the basis of information from an informer, surrounded and arrested two people stealing diesel from NCL's Dudhichua mine on Tuesday.

Police seized 200 liters of diesel filled in jars from their Bolero vehicle number UP 64 AK 4198. Action is being taken against both the accused under crime number 489/25 section 34 EC Act and 287 BNS. According to the police, they have been continuously stealing diesel in the mine area and selling it at cheap prices.

In the above action, Sub-Inspector N.P. Tiwari, Assistant Sub-Inspector Umesh Agnihotri, Jairam Gupta, Constable Akash Patel, Saurabh Singh, Sarvesh Yadav, Amit Dwivedi, Rakesh Mohammad, Riyaz, Rishi Singh and Sanjeev Singh played a role.
