Bharat Electronics Hosts Foreign Defence Journalists to Showcase India’s Defence Electronics
Bengaluru, FEB 21, 2026: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)’s Bengaluru Complex recently hosted a delegation of 28 foreign defence journalists from 25 countries, as part of a familiarisation tour organised by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, under its public diplomacy and media outreach programme.
The delegation, accompanied by MEA officials, was received at BEL’s Management Block by senior company officials. Executive Director – NS (S&CS), Cdr K Kumar (Retd), addressed the gathering and presented a comprehensive overview of BEL’s capabilities, highlighting the company’s pivotal role in strengthening India’s defence electronics ecosystem. GM (MR) and GM (MilCom) were also present during the interaction.
