Yamunanagar, Haryana: Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited’s Rs 90 crore Compressed Biogas (CBG) Plant on April 14 in Yamunanagar, Haryana.
This upcoming facility will utilise municipal solid waste and cattle dung to produce green fuel through anaerobic decomposition. The project is envisioned to serve as a model for similar initiatives across the country, promoting sustainable waste management, clean energy production, and employment generation.
