New Delhi: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation writes to the centre government to direct and asked for the further directions on arbitral award order. That order mentioned to pay dues of an arbitral award passed in favour of Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited, according to the sources.
In a letter dated March 28, 2023, DMRC looks directions, addressed to the secretary, Union Ministry of Urban and Housing Affairs, and chief secretary, Delhi government, in separate copies, it said.
