Engineers India Limited Celebrates 62nd Foundation Day with Grandeur at New Delhi Headquarters
New Delhi, March 18, 2026: Engineers India Limited (EIL) marked its 62nd Foundation Day at Engineers India Bhawan, New Delhi, celebrating decades of engineering excellence, innovation, and contribution to India’s growth story. The event was filled with pride, fervour, and recognition of EIL’s continued achievements in the engineering and energy sectors.
Shri Praveen Mal Khanooja, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG) and Additional Charge of Chairman & Managing Director, EIL, shared his heartfelt wishes through a video message. He appreciated the organisation’s remarkable contributions and encouraged Team EIL to continue striving for excellence and innovation.
The celebrations were graced by esteemed officials, including Director (Finance) Shri Sanjay Jindal, Director (Technical) Shri Rajiv Agarwal, Director (Projects) Shri Subhas Balakumar, and Director (HR) Shri Rupesh Kumar Singh, along with senior officials across various departments of EIL.
During the event, EIL reaffirmed its commitment to delivering world-class engineering solutions and playing a pivotal role in nation-building, reflecting the organisation’s enduring legacy in India’s energy and infrastructure sectors.
In a special initiative as part of the Foundation Day celebrations, a blood donation camp was organized at Engineers India Bhawan, New Delhi, and the EIL Gurugram Office Complex, witnessing record participation and demonstrating EIL’s commitment to social responsibility.
This milestone celebration not only commemorated EIL’s illustrious 62-year journey but also reinforced its dedication to engineering innovation, sustainability, and contributing to India’s development.
