Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has issued a clarification regarding recent media reports about the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) programme. The company stated that it has not received any official communication related to the reports and, as such, is not in a position to comment on them at this stage. HAL reaffirmed its commitment to keeping all stakeholders informed of any developments.
The company highlighted that it maintains a robust confirmed order book, providing strong revenue visibility and a healthy production and execution pipeline extending up to 2032. HAL is also progressing with multiple strategic programmes, including the Indian Multi Role Helicopter (IMRH), LCA Mk2, and Combat Air Teaming System (CATS), which are expected to enter production after 2032 and will further enhance HAL’s technological capabilities.
In addition to defense projects, HAL is actively expanding its civil aviation portfolio with platforms such as Dhruv NG, Hindustan 228, and SJ 100, aimed at driving revenue growth and ensuring sustainable long-term development.
HAL emphasized that its strong fundamentals and strategic diversification position the company for consistent year-on-year growth, underscoring its role as a key player in India’s aerospace and defense sector.
