New Delhi, February 19, 2026:  Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd. (GIPCL) has informed stock exchanges about a change in its Board of Directors following the withdrawal of nomination by the Government of Gujarat.

In a regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company stated that Shri Sandeep Kumar, IAS (DIN: 06576903), Secretary (Economic Affairs), Finance Department, Government of Gujarat, has ceased to be Director (Nominee of Government of Gujarat) on the Board of the company with effect from February 19, 2026.

The cessation follows Letter No. FD/0396/02/2026 dated February 18, 2026, issued by the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat, and received by the company on February 19, 2026. The withdrawal of nomination resulted in his immediate cessation from the Board.

The company has submitted the required disclosure details to both stock exchanges — BSE Ltd. (Scrip Code: 517300) and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (Scrip Symbol: GIPCL).
