Health awareness program at Damodar valley corporation

Damodar Valley Corporation organised a health awareness program on the evening of 10 March, 2022, at the Meghnad Saha Auditorium, DVC Towers, Kolkata, where the renowned Cardiac Surgeon, Dr Kunal Sarkar had been invited to deliver a lecture on Post-COVID complications & its management As the pandemic strain keeps an rearing its ugly head by mutating itself like the mythical Hydra.

doctors have emerged as the modern day Hercules in shielding us from this multi-pronged monster And throule of West Bengal has the last couple of years of unprecedented trauma.

the increasingly got familiar with the reassuring presence of Dr Sarkar, who have time & again appeared in media to soothe our frayed nerves & advise us on do's & don'ts in our daily lives Here also,he spoke at length about significance of vaccination & the simple measures one should follow to avoid any medical exigencies as the virus has a nasty habit of leaving some long term imprints on our body & psyche. 

The unassuming doctor, who is also a passionate debater, was quite happy to answer several queries from members of the audience.
