KIOCL celebrates 76th Republic Day
Shri GV Kiran, CMD, unfurled the National flag on 76th Republic Day at KIOCL Township Playground, Mangaluru and received Guard of Honour from the CISF. Further, he addressed the gathering and spoke on the significance of Republic Day and the Constitution of India. He also spoke on the performance of the company.
Tricolour balloons were flown towards the sky and ceremonial parade by CISF contingent marked the occasion of Republic Day. Prizes were distributed to the winners of various competitions conducted during the week. Sr Officers, employees, residents of township & contract workers were present. Refreshments were distributed to all present.

The National flag was unfurled by Shri P Palani, CGM, I/c Mlore in the premises of the KIOCL SC/ ST Welfare Association Office at KIOCL Township and Shri Chandregowda, General Secretary, KMS at their Union Office at KIOCL Township, Mangalore.

Shri BK Mohapatra briefed on the importance of the Constitution & the status of company, the shipments that were made during the previous months. Further, shared his views on the theme of the Republic Day 2025 “Swarnim Bharat- Virasat aur Vikas” (Golden India – Heritage & Development). Shri SVR Chandra Sekhar, CVO, Sr officers, retired KIOCL officers & residents of Kudremukh colony graced the occasion.
Shri TM Kariappa, DGM (PC, Land Services & Kudremukh) hoisted the National flag and addressed the gathering at Kudremukh. Employees, School children and residents staying in & around Kudremukh were present for the flag hoisting ceremony.
