MCL CMD Inspects Ananta OCP Jagannath Area | Operations Review

Odisha, September 2026: Shri Uday Anant Kaole, Chairman and Managing Director of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), inspected Ananta Open Cast Project (OCP) in the Jagannath Area.

During the visit, the CMD reviewed the ongoing mining operations and safety practices at the project. He emphasised the need to enhance performance while ensuring safe, smooth and efficient operations.

The inspection reflects MCL’s continued focus on operational excellence and workplace safety across its mining areas.
