Mentor's Day 2026 Celebrations at NTPC Vindhyachal

New Delhi: NTPC Vindhyachal organised Mentors’ Day 2026 at its Administrative Building Auditorium to promote mentoring, knowledge-sharing and stronger engagement between mentors and mentees. Shri Kishore Kumar Hota, Executive Director (Vindhyachal) & the senior management, Heads of Departments and employees attended the programme, which featured experience-sharing sessions, interactive activities and a quiz.
 

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Hota urged employees to embrace continuous learning and share knowledge for achieving organisational goals. Shri Manikyan Suresh, General Manager (O&M) emphasised the role of mentoring in strengthening collaboration and guidance, while Smt Ruma De Sharma, General Manager (HR)  highlighted its importance in employee development.

Selected mentors and mentees, competition winners and participants from the 2025 mentoring programme were felicitated. The initiative also follows NTPC’s structured pilot mentoring initiative at Vindhyachal ‘Samvad Setu’ conducted in April 2026, where 38 mentor–mentee pairs achieved 100% participation, reflecting the station’s continued focus on leadership development, knowledge transfer and capability building.
