NFL Issues Addendum to 52nd Annual Report with C&AG Comments
New Delhi, 7 September 2026: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) has informed the stock exchanges about the release of an Addendum to its 52nd Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26.
The Addendum contains the Comments of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) on the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2026.
This communication is in continuation of the Company’s earlier intimation dated 26 August 2026 regarding the Notice of the 52nd Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26.
The Addendum forms part of the Annual Report and is also available on the Company’s website at www.nationalfertilizers.com.
