RBL Bank Board has approved the establishment of a Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme enabling issuance of foreign currency securities up to USD 1 billion.

Mumbai: RBL Bank Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the outcome of its Board Meeting held on 7 September 2026.

The Board has approved the following:

Key Decisions

  1. Establishment of Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme
    The Bank will set up an EMTN Programme in accordance with Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933, subject to necessary regulatory and statutory approvals.

  2. Issuance Limit
    The Bank has been enabled to issue foreign currency bonds, notes or other debt securities up to USD 1 billion (US $1,000,000,000) from time to time under the EMTN Programme, depending on market conditions and regulatory compliances.

  3. Delegation of Authority
    Certain powers have been delegated to the Borrowing Committee of the Bank to take all necessary actions in connection with the EMTN Programme and issuance of securities.

The securities under the EMTN Programme will not be offered or sold to any investor in India.
